Terms of service
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply when you or your business use DELU, a product of Bluelink Solution GH ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
Your account
You must give true details when you sign up and keep your password and two-step sign-in code safe.
The person who creates the workspace is its Owner and is responsible for who they invite and what those users can do.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in Ghana cedis through Paystack.
If a payment fails you get 7 days’ grace; after that the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
Upgrades take effect at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use DELU to break the law, send spam, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
Do not try to access another business’s data, overload the service, or get around plan limits or security controls.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to run DELU for you, as described in our privacy policy.
You are responsible for having the right to store your customers’ details and for getting their consent to marketing messages.
Service and support
We work to keep DELU available and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
We may improve or change features. We will not remove a core feature you pay for without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any year is limited to what you paid us in that year, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Ending your account
You can stop using DELU at any time. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
