Pricing questions
Is the price per user?
No. The price is for your whole business (workspace). Each plan includes a number of users.
How do I pay?
Inside DELU, under Settings → Billing, by mobile money or card through Paystack. Cards renew automatically; for mobile money we email you a payment link before renewal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I do not renew?
You get 7 days’ grace. After that your business moves to the Free plan; your data is kept.
Do you offer a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
